Royal Paws – Terms of Service
By engaging the services of Royal Paws, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure fairness, reliability, and a high standard of care for all clients and caregivers.
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are scheduled upon receipt of payment. Failure to pay in full may result in loss of your selected time slot. On-demand or expedited services are subject to the same policies and terms as standard bookings.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Royal Paws does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, failure to review service information, or last-minute cancellations. Refunds are only considered if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours (3 full days) prior to the scheduled start of service. Any service fees, processing charges, or associated costs are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be granted for cancellations within the final 72 hours leading into the scheduled service date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing using our official contact form or via email. Submission does not guarantee approval. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Royal Paws’ executive team and are considered final.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information at the time of booking. If property conditions (e.g., access issues, safety concerns, or preventable damage) affect the service, Royal Paws reserves the right to cancel or alter the service without refund. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate promptly with Royal Paws leading up to the service. Missed communications or unconfirmed arrangements may result in forfeiture.
4. Force Majeure
Royal Paws is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered where feasible, but refunds remain subject to standard policy.
5. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement with the latest terms.
