Refunds will not be provided for customers who choose to ignore said policies.
Customers who file chargebacks as if the policies aren’t publicly available on this page will be subject to internal investigations for fraud. Depending on the severity of the fraud and the intention of the chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue said chargeback against the party named. Our terms of service and policies are openly available and fair they are there to be consumed and understood.
Please remember that if you file a chargeback you will be blacklisted from this business and we reserve the right to inform our fellow pet stores and walking services in Brooklyn of such happening.
